Responsibilities
  • Decipher business problems using quantitative methods and tools, and distill the complex results into clear and actionable insights to enable business decisions.
  • Engage and influence across the organization, including but not limited to within the team, cross-functional partners, sales leadership and company executives to inform monetization efforts and drive analytical initiative.
  • Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage scalable analytical solutions such as tables, datasets, models and dashboards to monitor business performance and monetization efforts.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance); or related professional experience is applicable.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance); or related professional experience is applicable.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role with strong exposure or interest in strategy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large data sets and data visualization. Other programming languages such as R and Python is a big plus.
  • Confident communicator to tell stories from data.
  • Experience in working for internet companies, especially in digital advertising, is desirable but not essential.
